These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the use of services provided by Kace Connect, a review marketing and management business based in Dallas, TX ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By subscribing to or using our services, you ("Client" or "you") agree to the terms outlined herein.

1. Services Provided

Kace Connect provides review marketing and management services designed to help businesses enhance their online review presence and reputation. Services may include, but are not limited to:

Review strategy and execution

CRM integration

Reputation audits and campaigns

2. Client Obligations

The Client agrees to:

Provide relevant business credentials and data (e.g., past CRM exports)

Allow access to necessary accounts (when applicable)

Avoid misuse or unauthorized reproduction of proprietary systems or assets

3. Subscription & Pricing

Services are offered via a three-tier monthly subscription model

A 14-day free trial is available to new clients

Subscription continues month-to-month unless canceled

There are no late fees or binding long-term contracts

4. Payment & Billing

Payments are due at the beginning of each billing cycle

Clients may cancel at any time before the next billing period to avoid charges

No refunds are issued for partially used billing cycles

5. Ownership & Intellectual Property

Kace Connect retains ownership of all tools, workflows, templates, and content we create, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Client-provided data remains the property of the Client.

6. Results & Liability

We do not guarantee specific results, including rankings, review volume, or engagement rates.

Kace Connect is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages related to the use of our services.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time, for any reason, with written notice (email is acceptable).

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. All disputes will be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Dallas, Texas.

9. Amendments

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be communicated to clients via email. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the updated terms.
